The opposite of addiction is... Connection.
Community is key to recovery. We help people to become everything they were created to be by investing relationally in the whole person.
Love, grace, and encouragement inspires hope and fuels growth.
*NEW* 12-step Recovery Group: "Partners in Hope"
Open to Anyone, Anytime, for Any Addiction or LIfe-Controlling Issue.
This group follows the 12 Steps, and functions like an AA group. Drop in on any Wednesday.
Weekly meetings offered periodically through the year. This 12 to 15 week faith-based support group is facilitated by someone with lived experience and will teach you the skills that you need to grow the character it takes to live in freedom.
Participants must apply to this free programme through an intake process.
The day programme runs 4 mornings per week, includes community lunches together, and other community groups. Education, group therapy, and individual counselling.
We provide free psychotherapy or professional counselling to address the underlying reasons for life controlling issues. Currently, registered psychotherapy can be accessed by our registered day programme participants, only.
We encourage everyone in recovery, or who wants to enter recovery programmes, to participate in our variety of community groups. It is the supportive community and positive, life-giving relationships that make all the difference.
If you download the Counselling Intake Form, please return your completed application to us in person at The Hope Centre or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your private information will be held in the strictest confidence.
